Site Assessment
We measure your balcony or rooftop, check drainage slope, assess weight capacity, and photograph current conditions.

Surface Preparation
Clean and level the existing surface. For concrete, we repair cracks and ensure proper drainage slope.

Drainage Layer
Install a specialized drainage mat that creates an air gap between the turf and concrete.

Turf Installation
Custom-cut turf laid over the drainage mat. Seams joined with industrial tape and adhesive.

Infill Application
Apply the appropriate infill — silica sand, ZeoFill for pet areas, or T-Cool for heat reduction.

Final Inspection
Quality check on every seam, edge, and drainage point. Walk-through with you before we leave.
