📐 Edge & Perimeter Fixes
The Problem
Edges lift from shrinkage, inadequate nailing, or soil erosion. Creates gaps where debris collects.
How We Fix It
Re-secure with galvanized nails or spikes. Re-grade soil if needed. Add transition strips where turf meets hardscape.

💧 Drainage Restoration
The Problem
Standing water after rain. Caused by clogged drainage holes, compacted base, or improper grading.
How We Fix It
Clear drainage holes, de-compact base, verify flow rate. May re-grade or add drainage channels for severe cases.
- ⚠️ High — standing water breeds bacteria and mosquitoes.
🩹 Patching & Hole Repair
The Problem
Burns, cuts, pet digging, UV degradation, or furniture damage. Leaves exposed base.
How We Fix It
Precision cut damaged area. Match turf type, pile height, and pile direction. Seam in new piece for invisible blend.

🐾 Pet Damage Restoration
The Problem
Dogs dig through turf and damage backing. Urine degrades fibers and backing over time.
How We Fix It
Replace damaged backing and turf. Deep clean underneath. Antimicrobial treatment. Fresh infill. Enzyme saturation.

🔄 Infill Replacement
The Problem
Infill washes out, compacts, or degrades. Low infill = flat fibers, poor drainage, voided warranty.
How We Fix It
Remove old infill if contaminated. Install fresh infill matched to your needs. Level to spec.
