We review your HOA guidelines, prepare specification documents, and can attend board meetings if needed. Most approvals take 1-2 weeks.

Site Survey & Design

Precise measurements, drainage assessment, and design plan. We account for tree roots, irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, and existing hardscape.

Existing Lawn Removal

Remove natural grass, roots, and organic material down to subgrade. This prevents future settling and ensures a stable base.

Base Preparation

Install and compact 3-4 inches of crushed granite or decomposed granite base. Grade for proper drainage (minimum 1% slope away from structures).

Weed Barrier

Commercial-grade weed barrier fabric prevents any growth from below. This is a step many installers skip — we never do.

Turf Installation

Custom-cut turf laid with grain direction matching for natural appearance. Seams joined with industrial tape and adhesive. Edges secured with galvanized nails.

Infill & Grooming

Apply selected infill (we recommend ZeoFill for pet areas, silica sand for general use). Power broom to manufacturer specifications. Final quality inspection.
