Minimum repair service
$249, which includes the first hour of labor on site.
Special materials
Replacement turf or specialty infill are billed at cost plus 15%.
Site inspection
Required when photos cannot show the cause or full extent.
Standard materials
Adhesive, seam tape, fasteners and standard infill are included.
Photo assessment
Free and usually enough to give you a structure and range.
Workmanship warranty
Approved repairs carry a one-year workmanship warranty with stated exclusions.

30-Day Odor Return Guarantee
If pet odor returns within 30 days of a completed odor treatment, we come back and re-treat the affected area once at no charge. The guarantee covers odor returning from the same contamination we treated — not new pet use, new spills, or contamination that had already reached the backing or base before service. We tell you up front when a single treatment will reduce but not eliminate the problem.

Approved repairs carry a one-year warranty on our workmanship. If a repair we completed fails within one year because of how we did the work, we fix it at no charge. The warranty excludes new damage, base movement from external causes, pet dig-outs in the same area, material fading, and issues from conditions we did not repair. Repairs are always quoted and approved separately before any work begins.
