Small Turf Problems Become Expensive Turf Problems

01

Small issue

A seam opens an inch or an edge lifts at a corner.

02

Spreading damage

Foot traffic widens the opening, infill escapes and backing is exposed.

03

Larger repair

Surrounding turf shifts, base is affected and the repair area grows.

How Turf Repair Estimates Work

  1. 1Submit photos — wide shots plus close-ups of every affected area.
  2. 2We review — likely cause, repairability and what the fix realistically achieves.
  3. 3Structure & materials — minimum service level, standard materials and any special material needs.
  4. 4Schedule & document — we complete the repair and send before and after photos.

A good photo submission

One wide shot showing the whole area with a reference object, plus close-ups taken straight down from about two feet above the damage in daylight.

An insufficient view

A single distant photo, heavy shade or a shot cropped so tightly we cannot see how the damage relates to seams, edges and drainage.

Expectations

Honest Repair Expectations

We state limitations before service so the result is never a surprise.

Dye-lot differences between original and replacement turf
Turf age, wear and UV fading affect blend
Pile direction must be matched, not perfected
Material availability for discontinued products
Hidden base conditions found only after lifting turf
Starting condition limits achievable outcome
Seam visibility can remain on older surfaces
When replacement is the more economical answer, we say so

One-Year Repair Workmanship Warranty

Approved repairs carry a one-year warranty on our workmanship. If a repair we completed fails within one year because of how we did the work, we fix it at no charge. The warranty excludes new damage, base movement from external causes, pet dig-outs in the same area, material fading, and issues from conditions we did not repair. Repairs are always quoted and approved separately before any work begins.
