Flat turf is frequently a maintenance and compaction problem

Homeowners and facility managers often assume flat, shiny, or “tired” artificial grass means the product failed. In many Houston and Austin installations, the yarn still has life — but infill has migrated, compacted, or thinned so blades cannot stand.
