Clear photos often start the conversation. Site inspection follows when cause or extent is unclear. You receive a scope to approve before materials and labor begin. Repairs are not sneak-added to cleaning invoices.

Is there a repair warranty?

Approved repairs may include a one-year workmanship warranty with exclusions — full language lives on our Terms & Conditions page. It covers how we performed the approved work, not new damage or unrelated conditions.
